A healthy self-image affects how we think about ourselves and how we interact with others. Having a healthy self-image can boost our physical, emotional, psychological, mental and spiritual well-being. As business persons, it is important for us to have a healthy self-image as this impacts the way we conduct business with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
This course is comprised of three modules that explore different aspects of having a healthy self-image. In this module, you will learn the different benefits of having a positive attitude along with the 4 agreements to build your values. We will be going through the different types of self-esteem, what is self-esteem, and what are signs and traits of both high and low self-esteem, also touching on self-confidence and how it builds self-efficacy. We will sort through the different states and close with some tips to help build self-efficacy.
